Give the client a choice that leaves them no choice but to buy. Either decision means
they've said yes.
Examples:
"Which color do you want? The Cottonwood, or the Designer White?"
or
"So do you want to go with the WoodMates, or do you prefer the better quality and
lifetime warranty you get with EverWood?"
These are called an Alternate Choice close because most people don't like to make commitments
or decisions.
When an individual is given the choice of two options, its much easier to
make a decision When the prospect or customer has agreed with you, they have a
need for your services or product you should confirm what you understand with the
prospect or customer and close the sale.
