This could be a business or a personal decision. How will my decisions improve my situation at work or at home?
- Accept only decisions that are rightfully yours.
- Do not make decisions for others.
- Refuse to be pressured.
- One decision at a time.
- Decide upon evidence/Not inspiration or emotion.
- Evaluate pros and cons.
- Accept the risk of your decision, and act upon it.
- Always include an alternate plan of action.
- Match your decision with action.(Do not procrastinate)
- If your decision is wrong, just reverse your decision.
My initial decision is:
What am I going to do about it?
For now I'm going to do nothing.
I will do something, but I am not sure of what or when.
Maybe I will do the following.
My better decision is to:
As soon as you answer "NO" to a question, you can pay more attention to it. And then you can arrive at a better decision.
If you answer "NO" to the first part, then you need to pay attention to where you are going,
A "WANT" is a wish. (An attractive distraction)
A "NEED" is a necessity. (Something a situation requires)
Successful people FIRST per sue what they need. After you have done what you need, then you can do what you want. Say "NO" to whatever doesn't help you achieve your real need and "YES" to what does.
My past decisions are my own best mentors. Looking at them realistically can teach me more than any person. to avoid illusion and see reality.
To see how good my results are, I measure them against my meeting the real need. What would the results have to be to fulfill the real need? If I act upon my decision. what would probably happen? Then what?... Then what?... Have I thought it through?
The sooner I see the truth, the sooner I make a better decision. If you want to discover what you really believe, look at what you decide to do - especially what you do often!
Why would you ever consciously do what you KNOW is not in your best interest? Do you stop at a certain level of success or happiness and go no further? Do my decisions show me I really deserve better? We often get the results we unknowingly believe we deserve.
Consciously choose to believe you deserve better and ACT upon those beliefs!
If I believed I deserved better results, what would I do?
Am I telling myself the truth?
Does this feel right?
What would I do if I wasn't afraid?
What would I do if I deserved better?
Is it a mere want or a real need?
Have I created options?
If I did -X- . Then what would happen. Then what?
Does my decision show I am honest with myself, trust my intuition, and deserve better?
Pity the individual whose future is dependent upon someone else's decision.
Do I believe in my decisions to act upon it now?
